torrent speed control

Hello @all,

I think for everyone it is important to control the max.
of the download and the upload speed in the torrent
function on Bubba Two.

...My Bubba is running as file server only...

At this time the torrent client use the max. of upload speed,
but then all the other users have problem with surfing. The
problem with response timeout for webpages comes on every
third call to webpages. If the torrent client switched off, then
the speed and response time is ok.

So i think it will be helpfull to have two input fields in the
torrent or system settings for that...???!!!

Ahhhhh, i have found it under settings. I think i had sleeped after the update.

Is there any way to have time variable throttling? I'd like to be able to slow it down during the day, and have it unthrottled at night.

Is this possible currently? (I'm not afraid of some manual tinkering! )
