some help with iptables?

I've installed squid on my bubba2. All is working well.

Can someone help me with some iptable rules?

I'd like the squid service to be accessed by anyone one the local network (which it currently is).
And I would only like is accessed by specific IP addresses on the internet (e.g. 62.23.1.34)

Could someone help me with some iptables rules to block all WAN traffic to squid (on port 3128), but allow specific WAN ip addresses through.
